Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is one of the main focuses in local economic development. This research aims to optimize the potential of MSMEs in Kalanggunung Village through assistance in the production and marketing of local products, especially coconut sugar, cassava rengginang, cassava klenting, and rice rengginang. Assistance activities include production training, improving product quality, and developing marketing strategies. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The research results show that the assistance provided has succeeded in improving the quality of MSME products, both in terms of taste, appearance and packaging. Apart from that, product marketing has also increased through the use of social media and development of distribution networks. In conclusion, mentoring for MSMEs is an effective step in increasing the competitiveness of local products and making a positive contribution to the village economy.
